General Guidelines: Abstracts must be submitted exclusively on-line over this web site until latest
June 23, 2023 → July 1, 2023. Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for its publication in the official program as well the permanent publication on the internet site of the Low Level RF Workshop 2023.
The submitting author must be the contact author and ensure that the contribution has a presenting author. The presenting author must have a paid registration before October 6, 2023 to ensure the abstract is included in the program and scheduled for presentation. The submitting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. If the contribution is also submitted for paper publication, one of the co-authors must be responsible for the preparation of the document in compliance with the publication requirements.
You may designate an abstract to be considered by the Scientific Program Committee for oral and/or poster presentation. Also, for each abstract, indicate whether you plan to submit a corresponding paper. You may submit multiple abstracts. Abstracts must not exceed 1200 characters in length and must be submitted in English. The abstract body must not include any indication of the personal details of authors. Acknowledgements to funding agencies and other contributors can be included.
Evaluation and acceptance: The LLRF23 Scientific Program Committee will notify authors via email by July 14, 2023 whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected. The final contribution type (oral/poster) will be communicated via email by July 28, 2023.
