SATIF-17 will take place at the IBS Science Culture Center, a three-story complex on the headquarters campus of the Institute for Basic Science (IBS) in the Expo Science Park area of Daejeon, overlooking Gapcheon stream and the landmarks of the 1993 Daejeon Expo such as the Hanbit Tower and Expo Bridge. The Daejeon Convention Center (DCC) and major hotels are within walking distance.
