Orals Presentation
- Projector resolution: 1920 x 1200 px ( 16:10 ratio )
- File format: PDF or PPTX (MS Powerpoint)
- Please submit your contribution no later than the break time before your presentation.
You can use a USB memory stick, send it via email to LOC staff, or directly upload it to your contribution page.
Posters
Each poster will be presented on a single board, whose dimensions are 115 cm wide x 143 cm high ( 45 in x 56 in ).
We recommend to prepare and print a poster of size ISO A0 (84 cm x 119 cm) or US Arch E (36 in x 48 in) in PORTRAIT orientation on the board.
Note: Avoid landscape orientation for the A0/Arch E formats, as it will be too wide to fit the poster boards.
The Organisers will provide all necessary supplies for mounting the posters (tape, etc).
Presenters are also asked to remove their posters at the end of the session by that evening. Any posters left on the poster boards on Friday morning will be removed.
All poster/demo contributions also have an optional 1-minute presentation (PDF slides). This time is used to advertise your work so conference attendees will come visit poster/demos in which they are most interested.
The 1-minute talks will be compiled into a single file for a quick overview during the session.
We highly recommend poster/demo contributors use this flash talk to advertise your work and excite attendees to come learn about your work.
