Parallel Session
This session is consisted of four parallel sessions depending on the topic. We hope that more practical discussions would be done from each session.
- Ultrafast Lattice Dynamics Probed by Dark-field X-ray Microscopy
(Convener : Sangsoo Kim)
- Ultrafast Photo-induced Dynamics in Condensed Matter at PAL-XFEL
(Convener : Hoyoung Jang and Sae Hwan Chun)
- Exploring Chemical Reaction Dynamics with PAL-XFEL: A Symposium for Young Scientists
(Convener : Jae Hyuk Lee and Rory Ma)
- Sample Preparation Strategies for Serial Femtosecond Crystallography Beamtime
(Convener : Jaehyun Park)
Poster Session
- Create and print your poster
The poster should follow the traditional printed format, and as long as readability is observed, you may choose between usual formats. We suggest following the traditional A0 portrait, or a similar format around 80 cm x 120 cm. - Set up your poster
The printed poster should be set up by July 2nd. - Present your poster in person
Poster presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled duration of the poster session to answer questions from attendees. - One-minute poster pitches
Presenters are required to summarize the content of their posters within one minute. Only those who make these presentations will be considered for the Excellent Poster Award. The one-minute pitches will take place on the day before the poster session, and presenters are required to use the provided presentation template. By June 28th, the presenters must send their presentation materials for one-minute pitches to the designated email address (kosua-office@postech.ac.kr). The presentation materials should consist of a maximum of two slides and be in PDF format.- The template can be downloaded at HERE.
