Payment methods
- Online credit card: Recommended
- Global credit cards: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay
- Korean cards: Lotte, BC, Shinhan, Hana, NH, Hyundai, Woori, Samsung, KB, etc.
- For security reasons, payment is only allowed if the card is issued in the same country as the payment.
- This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com. The payment receipt will be emailed to registrant upon successfully payment.
- Note: Online payment is not yet available! It will be available starting in September.
- Bank transfer (invoice)
- If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please request an invoice by emailing hxrss-2025@postech.ac.kr.
*You can check your payment information listed on your registration checkout page. (Your name, Registration ID, etc.) - All registrants must complete the registration form before requesting an invoice.
- All bank service charges must be paid by sender.
- Bank transfer payments are accepted until September 15st.
- If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please request an invoice by emailing hxrss-2025@postech.ac.kr.
- On-Site payment
- On-site payment is not supported
*The official receipt for the payment will be provided at the registration desk.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Full refund (excluding administration fee) : Available until October 14, 2025 (23:59 KST)
- No refund : after October 15, 2025
* All cancellation and/or refund requests must be sent to hxrss-2025@postech.ac.kr
* Refund requests must be made at least 1 day before the event begins.
Please note that an administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after October 15, 2025.
