Payment and Cancellation of Registration Information
Payment via credit card :
The payment of the registration fee will be done preferably by credit card. The payment receipt will be sent by e-mail once the process is concluded.

Cancellation of Registration and Refunds
Any changes and cancellations must pre-notified in writing to the association secretariat by e-mail. (kosua-office@postech.ac.kr)
During the period for registration and abstract submission, the cancellation is available at the registration page. However, registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made on or before July 21st, 2023. Cancellations made on or after July 22nd, 2023 are not refundable. All cancellation costs will be charged to the participant.
Refunds will be made by the payment method you chose.
