Registration Fees
All the participants are kindly requested to make registration through the conference webpage.
To verify registration, students, and free registrants may be required to present your ID at check-in.
- The registration fee includes:
- Conference materials
- Conference Banquet
- Technical Tour
Payment methods
- Online credit card (Recommended)
- Global credit cards: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay
- Korean cards: Lotte, BC, Shinhan, Hana, NH, Hyundai, Woori, Samsung, KB
- For security reasons, payment is only allowed if the card is issued in the same country as the payment.
- This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com. The payment receipt will be emailed to registrant upon successful payment.
- Bank transfer (invoice)
- If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please request an invoice by emailing icabu-2025@postech.ac.kr.
*You can check your payment information listed on your registration checkout page.
(Your name, Registration ID, etc.) - All registrants must complete the registration form before requesting an invoice.
- All bank service charges must be paid by sender.
- Bank transfer payments are accepted until Oct. 31, 2025.
- If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please request an invoice by emailing icabu-2025@postech.ac.kr.
- On-Site payment
- The registration fees are payable at the registration desk via credit card or in cash.
*The official receipt for the payment will be provided at the registration desk.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Full refund : until Nov. 11, 2025 ( No administration fees )
- No refund : after Nov. 12, 2025
* Cancellation or refund requests for registration fees should be directed to icabu-2025@postech.ac.kr
* Requests for refund of the registration fee must be made up to 1 day before the start of the event.
